A proud Duluth native, Dr. Paul Glowacki is a licensed physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist. Dr. Glowacki received his physical therapy education at the University of Minnesota where he graduated with summa cum laude honors and was the recipient of a fellowship for his academic merit and contributions to the physical therapy profession.

Professionally, Dr. Glowacki pursued extensive post-graduate training in advanced techniques such as spinal manipulation and dry needling. He specializes in the treatment of sport and orthopedic conditions in addition to performance coaching where he has successfully worked with a diverse range of individuals from weekend warriors to professional athletes.

Originally from Brainerd, Minnesota, Dr. Tom is a fellowship-trained orthopedic manual physical therapist who earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The College of St. Scholastica in 2014. After beginning his career in the Twin Cities, he returned to Duluth in 2018 with his wife, where they enjoy raising their growing family and exploring the outdoors.

Dr. Tom specializes in Osteopractic Physical Therapy and is one of only a handful of clinicians practicing this specialty in northern Minnesota. His treatment approach combines joint manipulation and mobilization, dry needling, soft tissue techniques, and advanced clinical reasoning to identify and treat the root cause of pain and dysfunction.

Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Tom has completed extensive post-graduate education, earning certifications in spinal manipulation and dry needling, serving as an assistant instructor for both, and completing a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy in 2026. His clinical interests include neck pain, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, spine conditions, and orthopedic and sports injuries.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Tom enjoys trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and climbing. His passion for staying active helps him connect with patients and guide them back to the activities they love.

Mackenzie was born and raised in Duluth, MN. She graduated from Lake Superior College’s massage therapy program in May of 2018.

She discovered her passion for massage as a kid helping her dad with chronic back and foot pain. As she grew up, other family and friends acknowledged her talent for massage, so right after high school, she pursued a career in it.

Her style of massage is a mix of relaxation and deep tissue. She enjoys getting her clients walking out the door feeling better than when they came in. She prefers doing deep tissue work, cupping, gua sha, and sports massage, but truly enjoys being able to help anyone feel better. She also specializes in post surgical lymphatic massages and is trained in orthopedic massage for the low back and hips. Prenatal sessions are also a passion of hers.

Mackenzie is always looking to learn more to help her clients whether it be going the extra mile to research questions that clients have or serving as a lifelong learner in continuing education courses for massage.
